Mix feelings.
bought two at the same time. One of them,the rubber lining on the cap of the bottle fell out and can not be put back in after about using if for three month. The second one is still good.

Works
I use it to mix Muscle Milk (which really doesn't need it all that much anyway). And it works just fine for it. It's easy to clean and mixes very well. I have not had any problems with it leaking or cross threading (as other reviews have mentioned). However, I do feel as if the caps are going to come off during shaking, so I keep them pressed in. I haven't mixed anything yet that has leaked.
The drinking is just a little awkward as the top cap will fall back on your nose as you drink from it unless you hold it back. That's just a minor gripe though. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with this product.

Does Exactly What Is Promised
I bought the Fit & Fresh Power Shaker because I started taking a whey protein poweder supplement and stirring the shake with a spoon just wasn't doing the trick. This shaker holds a lot more fluid than a standard pint glass (20oz as opposed to 16oz) and makes it really easy to get all the powder particles mixed up. My shake is ready to drink in less than half the time it would take me to stir it, and allows me to make a larger serving as well. My only complaint is that I sometimes experience leakage around the seal, but it's really nothing major. I just keep a paper towel around the top if that happens and it's no problem. I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a cheap and easy way to mix a protein shake.

Shaker Cup
Works well. The only problem I've had is sometimes a little powder gets stuck in the spout and doesn't mix in.

it's ok.
I've tried the shaker on several protein mixes and numerous fruit mixes. It does an average job. Period. My blender is much better (and yes, a lot more to clean up). I even lowered my expecations to about zero when I tried the shaker....sigh. Still didn't excel. If you get it for under two bucks then get it, otherwise I'm sorry to say it is just average and not worth 5 or higher.
