Rating: - hydroxycut
The company sent me the wrong thing and I had to call and demand my refund once I sent the box back. Utterly diappointed
Rating: - good
i like hydroxcut. i think it works great. just make sure you take it before exercising as opposed to just taking it.
Rating: - Problems outweigh the benefits
I am a male in my mid twenties weighing in at about 210 lbs. I used Hydroxycut because I wanted to lose a few vanity pounds and look a little more cut. I used Hydroxycut for about 2 months. It did work; curbed my appetite, helped me lose weight, etc. However, I would never use this product again. The pills have a massive amount of caffeine. I developed a pretty bad case of insomnia and when I stopped taking Hydroxycut I had horrible caffeine withdrawels. The caffeine dehydrated me quite a bit also. If I took a dosage and ate too little throughout the day or ate too much at a meal I would get bad stomach cramps and sometimes made me feel nauseous.
The best use for Hydroxycut, I found, is a substitute for NoDoz. As a dieting supplement, I would rather use more traditional means.
Rating: - I like these!
I think these are great, but like all things maybe you should try it first. They sell these in stores in very small inexpensive packs so don't go out and buy 5 weeks worth with out trying it and making sure you like it.
I have used these for a very long time. My favorite used to be dexatrim natural with ephedra, but since ephedra has been made illegal, there isn't anything that quite measures up.
I've never taken the full dose of these because I find 3 a day work just fine. They do cause some jittery-ness but I think that anxious feeling is what keeps you from food. I do however take 2 of these only if I am going to run and they do make a difference. They give me extra power and help concentration. These are also great for when you don't get enough sleep and need to be awake lol.
As with taking these, exercise and a sensible diet are a must to see results. I know for a fact that these have helped me to eat less and be able to work out longer.
Rating: - Not Sure Its As Good As The Previous Versions
Well, first I should begin by telling you guys that I've been using Hydroxycut religiously for the past 4-5 years and always found it to be the best 'diet pill' out there - and yeah, I've tried all of them.
I have stuck with Hydroxycut through the years and through the changed versions and it has helped me manage my weight (5'5, 105lbs) as well as always giving me that extra 'kick' that I've come to appreciate, due to being a busy person and not being a coffee drinker.
However, I recently placed my newest order and receieved this new version of Hydroxycut. On the first day I had high hopes - the pill looked and tasted a lot better and the bottle promised great results, along with more servings per bottle etc.
The first day, I got up and took two pills. After walking my dog for an hour, I am usually wide awake and raring to go as the pills have kicked in. Not this time. I was crashed on the sofa, finding it hard to stay awake, and remained that way for most of the day. I took another 2 at lunchtime and just ended up feeling worse.
I couldn't place blame on anything other than the new pills - I was eating fine, had enough sleep, and hadn't done anything differently. I am yet to examin the bottle to see what exactly is different in this formula, but whatever it is, its not good. (for me)
Needless to say I was very relieved when I went into a local store the next day and found they still had the old formula in stock. I grabbed a bottle of it, and am now taking half of the old, and half of the new, every day. This gives the new formula a chance to work, but without me missing the 'kick' of the old one. It almost makes me feel less like I've wasted money on the whole bottle of the new one. I'm going to try and find only the old one from now on.
