I just completed my 3rd bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore. I used it for around 10 wks. I had no ill effects from it. I drank close too 1 gallon of water a day which caused me to pee alot, but besides that i felt fine. I worked out 4x a week w/ weights & combined it w/ a few other supplements, and i'm happy with my results. I did feel alittle hyper in the morning from it but i didn't mind. Over all i would recommend this product to someone who wants to lose body fat. Adding this to your workout routine will get you ripped...

Suppresses appetite well. Just make sure you include a well balanced eating habits to assure great weight loss!! Exercise at 3-4x week, and 30-45min of cardio. You will do well.

When i started taking this i started loosing weight and all, but i had an increased heart rate which sent me to the hospital. If you can handle the side affects by all means try it.

Boy - the day I began taking this I ran into a lot of internal discomfort and wasn't able to sleep at all. I followed a lot of the precautions other views recommend and followed the dosing to a t, but still had issues. The minute I went off, my problems went away. I tried to get past the issues but after 12 days, I finally gave up. Obviously, during this time I saw no results. It may work for some but certainly not for me. Also, I have a rather hearty stomach/innards so did not anticipate the reaction I had.

I'm a 22 yr old woman and I took the recommended dose for one day. I got all the imaginable side effects possible. My heart was racing too fast, got nausea, headaches and I couldnt sleep all night. I drank 10 glasses of water while I was taking the pills and took the last pill 6 hours before I went to bed. After that day I never took it again. I guess it just wasnt for me. My husband who is 25 yrs old started taking it after me and he is doing perfectly fine with it. He has no complaints what so ever.
