Fun Toy But ...
This is a fun toy for my 3 year-old boy, but the set was shipped without a golf ball. Was on hold waiting to talk to someone for a replacement ball for over 11 minutes. Once someone answered, it was no problem to get my request filled. They said it would be delivered in "7-10 days if not sooner."
Follow up .. the golf balls did arrive on January 13--18 days after I made the call.

Odd design - but fun toy
When you first put this together you will find it odd that the "cart" needs 2.5" steel screws. It's not structural so it seems a little overkill.
Secondly, it would have been a better design if the "hole" went into, or attached itself to the cart, but oh well.
Fun product - even with the design shortcomings.

GREAT TOY BUT IF YOU HAVE IT SHIPPED....MAKE SURE YOU EITHER SHIP TO A FRIEND/FAMILIES HOUSE OR YOUR CHILD IS NOT HOME WITH YOU WHEN IT ARRIVES BECAUSE IT CAME IN ITS STORE BOX NOT IN ANY OTHER BOX...IT WAS LIKE UPS WAS DELIVERY AN UNWRAPPED PRESENT TO MY CHILD. HE WAS EXCITED BUT NOW SANTA HAS ANOTHER TOY TO BUY.

Where is the other club?
The toy is excellent, however upon reciept of the toy it ws missing one of the golf clubs. Other than that the toy is great.

still a favorite after all these years...
I just bought this item for my nephew's 2nd birthday. It was a no brainer because I remember how much fun my own 2 boys had with this very same set when they were younger - they're both teenagers now and have graduated to the "real professional sets" although I'm confident their first Little Tykes set was fun & encouraged them enough to make them want to continue enjoying the game!
Maybe it's because I have the hugest crush on David Pogue of the New York Times, but I find his recently released product finder guide, the Pogue-O-matic, absolutely adorable... and useful too! The Pogue-O-Matic is divided into four parts: cameras, camcorders, smartphones and televisions. If you were planning on getting people any of the above for the holidays, stop by and have little e-Pogue explain what details you should look out for. Being a gadget blogger with a finger on the pulse of the latest and greatest, I personally don't need the advice. But I'll be stopping by anyway... for you, Pogue. Just. For. You.
