Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect
After letting the mat air out - as suggested on the label accompanying the mat - it has been absolutely perfect for my Yoga practice. I would never use any other type or brand of mat. Love the extra length and width and thickness as well. Well worth the price.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Manduka Yoga BlackMat
This mat was delivered within a few days with free shipping and an excellent price. I am very pleased. The mat is the same 1/4 inch depth as my other mat, however the material is superior, as it provides a firmer support and cushion of my knees, hands, feet and spine. I would recommend this mat and Amazon to anyone. I have always received exceptional service with Amazon.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - P90Xr's You Will Love it
For all the P90X work out folks out there , this is the mat, perfect for yoga and all other workouts. Love it and Save money here.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - COULD BE STICKIER
I am enjoying this new mat. I have tried putting it in the sun to make it stickier, but maybe I have not done it enough times. The smell did not bother me, I clean it with a lavender scented non toxic cleanser. I like that it is a bit longer, I almost wish I would have got the 81". I didn't because I read it was too heavy, and I didn't want to get in anyone's way in Yoga class! It would have been fine. This one is great too! I do slip a little.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I <3 this mat!
I bought this mat about a year and a half ago and love it! It is very thick, which makes it much more comfortable than thinner mats. It is also very sturdy, which makes it a lot better for balancing poses than the typical squishier yoga mats. I was traveling last week and had to use a mat at the studio--the squishiness and thinness of the mat made my feet hurt a lot! I bought my boyfriend the purple travel one and he liked it, but thought it was too short so then I bought him the 85-inch black mat and he loves it!

Ted Shelton: "Frankly I felt that BlogOn was a waste of time and money."

I think the BlogOn conference was overproduced. In the name of professionalism the organizing firm turned off potential speakers, oversubscribed sponsors, etc.

I would have liked a debatable topic (aside from *blogging = journalism*. Two people slugging it out. Or a devil's advocate taking challenges from the floor.

I would have liked more hard numbers. Facts. Charts. Diagrams. We have the analytic tools to BS-check them; harder on vague opinions and single-points-of-observation.

I found it disturbing how much money was being commanded (from both attendees and sponsors) for a conference at a university. Maybe it was because it was at Berkeley? Maybe we should have taken over a community college or a Cal State or a DeVry. The facilities costs would have been cheaper at least. I heard an organizer apologize and say the next one would be at a hotel, like that would have been better.

Cost wasn't the whole problem. We're at a stage where early adopters are meeting folks who want to leap the chasm. Huge gaps in knowledge, experience, context, culture, vocabulary. It's the gap.

There are huge ideas to be explored, even in the world of applying blogs to media strategy and the enterprise. And most of the big ideas weren't even on the agenda at BlogOn. Probably because it was catering to those who want to commercialize, fund, and otherwise exploit (excuse me, "get in on") the emerging medium.

Let's fork these conferences so advanced topics on business and technology and culture fit the participants.

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.

All About N-Gage have the dirt on a game that looks like it has a lot of potential: Asphalt: Urban GT.  I can't say that I've played much more than some FIFA and other random stuff on the N-Gage, but a good racer can add a lot of value to a gaming platform.  Of course I'm still waiting to see if Call of Duty rocks as much as it should.
