Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Oral B Electric Tooth Brush
We have several other Oral Bs, which cost a lot more than this basic unit, which we got for an occasional granddaughter visit. Although not quite as hefty in the hand, this economy model appears to work as well as the more expensive ones.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Braun rates high
Excellent product. Surprised that the brush lets you know when to stop. Everone should have one.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - ORAL B
GREAT PRICE AND DOES A GREAT JOB. GREAT FOR THE YOUNGSTER WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BRUSH THEIR TEETH WELL. MY 4 YEAR OLD LOVES IT AND SO DO I.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent electric toothbrush
This Oral B Vitality electric toothbrush is a lot better than the previous Oral B electric toothbrush I had that finally went bad after about 10 years use.

LONDON (Reuters) - Japan's No.3 bank sought to beef up its capital on Wednesday, markets fretted over the stricken U.S. car industry and Britain's central bank said it considered cutting rates even more dramatically than it did this month.

I've heard it said by Dave Winer and many many others: if only Dean had reinvested half the money raised into the Internet, then ...

OK, so you're the Dean Campaign Chief Information Officer in August 2003. The money starts to roll in. $20 million over six months, $2-4 million per month.

What would you spend the money on?

  1. What does your monthly budget look like?
  2. What is your application and infrastructure portfolio?
  3. How much will you allocate to maintenance?
  4. You're building from scratch, so what problems do you hope to avoid through wise architecture?
  5. What are your big milestones?
  6. Who are your key vendors?

How do you spend in consonance with the campaign strategy?

  1. How will you use the Internet to bring offline voters into the campaign at the same numbers as radio or television broadcasts?
  2. What is your online strategy for responding to attack ads and opposition pundits in radio, television and print?
  3. Online community takes time to build and is very hard to organize geographically. What will you do to match the state-by-state primary schedule?
  4. What can you do with online services to serve the campaign in caucus states?
  5. You are preparing for Bush to launch in Spring 2004. What are your countermeasures to reach out to moderate Republicans online while the GOP uses its advanced voter email systems to barrage 200 million validated email addresses?
  6. How will you lower the cost-per-vote vs. the GOP?

The W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Working Group has published the Proposed Recommendation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and updated Working Drafts of Understanding WCAG 2.0, Techniques for WCAG 2.0, and How to Meet WCAG 2.0. "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. Following these guidelines will make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech difficulties, photosensitivity and combinations of these. Following these guidelines will also often make your Web content more usable to users in general. WCAG 2.0 success criteria are written as testable statements that are not technology-specific.
