Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Buy It!
Alright you may be thinking I dont know this is only $25. Well guess what it is way worth it. The padding on the vest is surprisingly thick. It covers your front and back. It is ajustable in front and back. Its a little big for me because i'm only 13 but i will grow into it. Seriously buy this thing. I airsoft alot and i shot my self from point blank with a 240fps gun which,i know sucks, but the bb just bounced right off. I didnt feel anything at all. So i am gonna just keep testing stronger and stronger gunsguns on it. You will feel invincible with this thing on. I'm not B.S.ing you. Buy this vest or else you are gonna buy a vest that is way to expensive.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Not for big dudes
I am a big guy,, and yeah,, it comes like three inches above my belly button!!! ha ha ha... but it really is a great protector and deflects balls so well, I have to say that I can get shot a whole lot more without any breakage with this thing on, even though it doesn't cover much of me!!! It works well...very well

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Work Great!
It's great, no major problems. My brother was hit in the chest, he said he felt nothing but a slight push. The only downfall to it is if your harness doesnt come up high enough cause it doesnt cover from your belly button down. Besides that it works great. Easy to adjust to any one's build!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good Quality
this armor is good in the front and the back and i have only had one problem with it your under arms are exposed. It doesnt hurt any more when i get shot in the chest i also reccomend you buy a neck protecter when you get this armor the armor is rather breatheable so you dont sweat to death in it unless your playing on an out door course. The only inprovment they could make for this is to make it white.....

LONDON (Reuters) - Japan's No.3 bank sought to beef up its capital on Wednesday, markets fretted over the stricken U.S. car industry and Britain's central bank said it considered cutting rates even more dramatically than it did this month.

I've heard it said by Dave Winer and many many others: if only Dean had reinvested half the money raised into the Internet, then ...

OK, so you're the Dean Campaign Chief Information Officer in August 2003. The money starts to roll in. $20 million over six months, $2-4 million per month.

What would you spend the money on?

  1. What does your monthly budget look like?
  2. What is your application and infrastructure portfolio?
  3. How much will you allocate to maintenance?
  4. You're building from scratch, so what problems do you hope to avoid through wise architecture?
  5. What are your big milestones?
  6. Who are your key vendors?

How do you spend in consonance with the campaign strategy?

  1. How will you use the Internet to bring offline voters into the campaign at the same numbers as radio or television broadcasts?
  2. What is your online strategy for responding to attack ads and opposition pundits in radio, television and print?
  3. Online community takes time to build and is very hard to organize geographically. What will you do to match the state-by-state primary schedule?
  4. What can you do with online services to serve the campaign in caucus states?
  5. You are preparing for Bush to launch in Spring 2004. What are your countermeasures to reach out to moderate Republicans online while the GOP uses its advanced voter email systems to barrage 200 million validated email addresses?
  6. How will you lower the cost-per-vote vs. the GOP?

The W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Working Group has published the Proposed Recommendation of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and updated Working Drafts of Understanding WCAG 2.0, Techniques for WCAG 2.0, and How to Meet WCAG 2.0. "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. Following these guidelines will make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech difficulties, photosensitivity and combinations of these. Following these guidelines will also often make your Web content more usable to users in general. WCAG 2.0 success criteria are written as testable statements that are not technology-specific. " Comments are due by December 2, 2008.
