I AM ON MY FOURTH WEEK OF EXERCISE AND FOOD PLAN AND I CAN SAY AS LONG AS YOU ARE DETERMINE TO STICK WITH IT THEN IT WORKS.I USE TO WEIGHT 178 AND NOW I'M DOWN TO 158...FORGET OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT TONY'S PERSONALITY AND STICK TO THE WORKOUTS,YOU ARE THERE TO LOOSE WEIGHT NOT MAKE FRIENDS WITH THE TV....YOU WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT,GAIN MUSCLE AND ENERGY,THEN THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.
