Don't Buy
Don't buy any Razor products except for their original scooter. Their customer service is non existent. If they believed in their products you would be able to buy and return them at a retail store like any other product. You would not have to sign off that you will not return it to the store. After the success of their original scooter they took their brand name and tried to squeeze every bit of profit out of it that they could. Razor does not mean quality to the many people screwed by their products.

Best christmas gift
My son requested this gift for Christmas, and Santa brought it to him. The pocket Rocket is maybe 2 feet high at most, and my 5'+ teenage son looks a fairily silly on it(knees up by his ears), but he gets so much joy. We've clocked the pocket rocket against my car and it goes up to about 17 mph. The neighborhood kids love playing with it. He's taken it to go fishing in the area. It seems to be fairly easy to ride on.

Great item!!
We got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it!! He weighs about 60 pounds and it carries him very well. He rides it every day and we only have to charge the battery about every 3-4 days.

My son loves it!
We got this bike for my son (11 yrs old) for Christmas. I read the other reviews, and although I would have originally thought to get this bike for him once he was a little older, other parents commented that their children were of the same age, so I gave in. Once we received the bike, I must admit I was expecting something a little bigger, so I'm glad I got it for him now, rather than at 13 or 14 years old. He would have been uncomfortable riding it at that age/body size. It goes faster than I expected, so a helmet is a must, and I wouldn't recommend it for children any younger than 11 years old, and even still, I'd use good judgment as to wether or not your child could ride one of these. We haven't had any problems with it yet...it was slightly difficult to put together, but for the most part it comes assembled, so set aside time to be slightly frustrated while trying to put together the handle bars!
Other than that, he loves it, we love that he loves it, and I'd recommend this bike!

Stoked in Florida
I purchased this for my 9 year old son. He loves it. It is fast. My son thinks it goes 30 miles per hour. It doesn't. Razor Pocket Rocket Miniature Electric BikeIt goes every bit of the 15 MPH and then some. My wife tried it and loved it. I must say that it is imperative that who ever rides the pocket rocket, wear protective gear and only ride where there are no motor vehicles. We ride at a local middle school track.
