Product DescriptionTREAT YOURSELF TO DEEP RELIEF FROM PAINFUL, KNOTTED, SPASMED MUSCLES - EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BACK! This amazingly simple yet effective self-massager makes it easy to apply pain-relieving deep compression directly to hard, knotted 'triggerpoints' anywhere they occur - breaking up tension even in the hardest-to-reach muscles between your shoulder blades! If you have limited strength or mobility, Thera Cane's patented design gives youall the reach and leverage you need! HOW DOES IT WORK? Pressure applied to the muscles by the Thera Cane helps to maximize the flow of oxygenated blood to the muscles. This pressure aids in restoring muscle function by breaking up adhesions in muscle fibers and tendons. The increased circulation helps the muscle to work more efficiently. The Thera Cane provides temporary relief from muscular tension, stiffness, tenderness and soreness. It's simple to use and it puts relief where it belongs, in your hands. The personal involvement necessary for using the Cane leads to an increased desire to take more responsibility for one's own health. Using the Thera Cane regularly will put you in touch with your body, closer than you've ever been before, not to mention putting you in control of minor muscular aches and pains. You are never alone when you have your Thera Cane with you. UPC 705766007019 Theracane Instructional DVD Also Available for Only $5.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Mixed opinions
After reading many of the reviews, I thought I had found heaven. Having back issues, knots and you name it; I wondered why there was no product out there for self back help. I came to find out, there was; Theracane.

It does work and does help. I guess the reviews were a little almighty for me, but it beats $80.00 massages every two weeks!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - What a great and easy tool!
What a GREAT tool! I wish I had this 20 years ago! That's how long I've been dealing with upper neck and shoulder tension, probably because of the nature of desk work. This simple tool really helps. It's so easy to do a couple times a day, during a break. I also have seen physical therapists for neck, shoulder and TMJ pain. I have stretching and strengthening exercises I'm supposed to do. I understand the streching in particular is great accompanyment to the Thera Cane work. Sometimes I get to that, sometimes I don't. Thera Cane alone is quite helpful, and is easy and pleasant. Trigger point massage really hits the spot!!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Theracane
The theracane has a good shape and weight to it. It allows me to hit any trigger points in my musculature that I need to massage.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Muscle Relief
The Thera Cane was recommended to me by my Acupuncturist (& Massage Therapist). I can now do my own pressure points by using this wonderful item. It has helped relieve spastic muscles greatly.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - AWESOME!
My husband purchased this for relief from back pain associated with 2 ruptured disks. He had surgery to relieve most of the pain and now uses this to help with the everyday wear and tear of his back. He loves it and is never without it when he sits down at home. It's almost comical! He was introduced to this through a friend who also has suffered from back pain and pinched nerves. He highly recommends this! I also love using it for those hard to reach spots on my shoulders when I have been stressed out during the day or feel a migraine coming on. 2 thumbs way up!

Ted Shelton: "Frankly I felt that BlogOn was a waste of time and money."

I think the BlogOn conference was overproduced. In the name of professionalism the organizing firm turned off potential speakers, oversubscribed sponsors, etc.

I would have liked a debatable topic (aside from *blogging = journalism*. Two people slugging it out. Or a devil's advocate taking challenges from the floor.

I would have liked more hard numbers. Facts. Charts. Diagrams. We have the analytic tools to BS-check them; harder on vague opinions and single-points-of-observation.

I found it disturbing how much money was being commanded (from both attendees and sponsors) for a conference at a university. Maybe it was because it was at Berkeley? Maybe we should have taken over a community college or a Cal State or a DeVry. The facilities costs would have been cheaper at least. I heard an organizer apologize and say the next one would be at a hotel, like that would have been better.

Cost wasn't the whole problem. We're at a stage where early adopters are meeting folks who want to leap the chasm. Huge gaps in knowledge, experience, context, culture, vocabulary. It's the gap.

There are huge ideas to be explored, even in the world of applying blogs to media strategy and the enterprise. And most of the big ideas weren't even on the agenda at BlogOn. Probably because it was catering to those who want to commercialize, fund, and otherwise exploit (excuse me, "get in on") the emerging medium.

Let's fork these conferences so advanced topics on business and technology and culture fit the participants.

Toshiba has re-iterated that it will commercially introduce fuel cells for portable devices by the end of March 2009.…

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.

All About N-Gage have the dirt on a game that looks like it has a lot of potential: Asphalt: Urban GT.  I can't say that I've played much more than some FIFA and other random stuff on the N-Gage, but a good racer can add a lot of value to a gaming platform.  Of course I'm still waiting to see if Call of Duty rocks as much as it should.
